Judge David Deininger, designee of the Chairperson of the Government Accountability Board, will certify canvass statements at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at the offices of the Government Accountability Board, located at 212 East Washington Avenue, Third Floor, Madison, Wisconsin. The canvass statements that will be signed are for the official results of the General Election held on November 2, 2010 for the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, United States Senator, Representative in Congress, State Senator and Representative to the Assembly, and includes the results of recounts conducted in the 31st State Senate Dictrict and the 68th and 93rd Assembly Districts. |

Special meeting of the Government Accountability Board to consider challenges to candidates and certify ballot access for the May 8 Recall Election. The Board unanimously denied challenges to the "fake Democrat" candidates in the recall primaries. See news release here explaining the Board's decision. Attached below are the Board materials and the challenge/complaint filed against "protest candidates" recruited by the Republican Party of Wisconsin. The Board will consider the challenge at this meeting. The deadline for replies to the challenge is 4:30 p.m. Monday.
