The G.A.B. is currently working with students from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on cost-benefit analysis projects. As part of this project we need your help to provide some information for their research. We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete a very short survey. The survey contains only 18 questions and should take less than five to ten minutes to complete. This information will help the students identify which policy option they are researching is the most cost effective.

The first project is looking at policy options for voter list maintenance, comparing the use of the National Change of Address (NCOA) system to sending postcard notifications, and conducting this process at the state level versus at the county/municipality level. The second project is comparing online versus paper-based voter registration. Your help in gathering this information for these research projects would be greatly appreciated. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey by October 28th.  The survey results will help us to provide the Legislature with a fact-based analysis of policy options under consideration.
