Thank you for responding to the previous MOVE Compliance Report required
by the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) and the Federal Court Consent Decree.
In accordance with the Federal Court Consent Decree, you are now receiving yet another report that requires immediate action, or not later than Monday, September 24, 2012

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Federal Court Consent Decree:
- This report must be completed no later than Monday, September 24, 2012.
- All municipalities must complete this reporting requirement, even if they have no military or permanent overseas voters on file at this time.
- This report asks how many absentee ballot requests from military and permanent overseas voters you have on file as of September 20, 2012 for the 2012 Presidential and General Election and how they want to receive their ballot (by mail, email, or fax, or online using MyVote.WI.gov).
- This reporting requirement also requests the date(s) on which you sent absentee ballots to military and permanent overseas electors and how you sent them (by mail, email, fax, or online using MyVote.WI.gov).
Next Report: The previous report asked about your capability to transmit ballots, which was due by September 14, 2012. The report after this one will be sent out on October 7, 2012. The Federal Consent Decree requires 24-hour turn-around. As such, your responses will be due by October 8. Please mark your calendar. The October 7 report will ask about UOCAVA absentee ballots sent out between the 45th day and the 30th day before the 2012 Presidential and General Election.
