Spring 2013 Election
Election Day is Tuesday, April 2, 2013
In-person absentee (early) voting in your clerk's office is from March 18 to 29, 2013.
What's on the Ballot?
State offices to be elected: Everyone votes for Superintendent of Public Instruction and Supreme Court Justice. Many parts of the state will vote for Court of Appeals and Circuit Court judges. Click Candidates on Ballot attachement below for the full list.
Local offices to be elected: Many cities, villages and towns have elections for mayors, council members and board members. Many school districts have elections for school board members. Visit MyVote.WI.gov for local races.
State Assembly District 98: There is a Special Election to fill a vacant State Assembly seat in Waukesha County, which is being held at the same time as the 2013 Spring Election.
Spring Primary: Tuesday, February 19, 2013.

2013 Special Election for State Assembly District 98
On December 17, 2012, Governor Walker ordered a special election for State Assembly District 98 to be held on April 2, 2013. (Executive Order attached below.)

The deadline for nomination papers was 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013. A list of candidates who registered for the election, and lists of candidates on the ballot for the primary and election are attached below.
Spring 2014 Election
The next regularly-scheduled statewide election in Wisconsin is the Spring 2014 Election.
The Spring Primary will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
The Spring Election will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2014.
State offices to be elected include Court of Appeals Districts 1, 2 and 4; and Circuit Court.
Fall 2014 General Election
The Partisan Primary will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2014.
The General Election will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
State offices to be elected include Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Representative in Congress, State Senator (odd-numbered districts) Representatives to the Assembly (all districts).
Fall 2012 General Election
This General Election held Tuesday, November 6, 2012 was for President, U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative, even-numbered Wisconsin State Senate seats, all Wisconsin Assembly seats, and all District Attorneys.
